| What must I be sure to do before calling Customer Service? |
Check the following:
1 - Is your PC switched on?
2 - Have you connected the base to your PC's USB port?
3 - Have you inserted the handset battery correctly?
4 - Have you plugged in the telephone cable to the base and into the telephone socket in the wall?
5 - Have you inserted the CD-ROM in your PC and installed Skype™ and Cordless DUALphone Suite?
6 - Are you connected to the Internet?
7 - Have you set up a Skype™ profile? |
| What must I do to be able to call over Skype™? |
First you must install Skype™ on your PC. Always install the version on the installation CD-ROM or on this website. Then you must register as a Skype™ user. |
