If you encounter any problems with the DUALphone for Skype you can send us an e-mail. This will be sent to Customer Support and must be used for such enquiries only!

Important!
Please check if there is a general Skype problem at http://heartbeat.skype.com before you contact support!
Please update software before you contact support!
Go to the Setting menu and select Advanced Setting and Firmware update. Select the latest software version and confirm to update.
Note: If you cannot update your DUALphone for Skype restart the system by disconnection and reconnecting the base station to the power outlet
Also try "How to update software?" or "Troubleshooting" in the menu. |
